Don’t pay, it is a semi-scam

We received a second limited time offer notification about potential prize money. If one CAREFULLY reviews the wording of the notice it states the prize money is for sweepstakes one MAY enter and win, and that the fee is for the prize report (in other words, a list of sweepstakes one may enter). A list of sweepstakes can be found online for free, so why pay?
