I ordered a life planner for the third year in a row as I love their planners. However it was never delivered as USPS said it was. Customer service suggested I file a police report. Even though I have cameras and I know nothing was delivered. They have no sort of insurance police or refund or help at all. Im so disappointed in their customer service I will never buy another planner from them.
