Just moved down to Florida a year ago and wish I would have double checked the reviews before I purchased. Spent $1000 or more on a fan that was probably worth half that price because I was told it had a lifetime warranty. Yes the fan does LOL but its an $85 fee for them to come out or youre welcome to remove the fan yourself bring it in and have them fix it and then put it back up yourself. Save yourself the headache and money, and go to Home Depot
