In Nov2019 ordered a remote for my Ipilot, explain to them it was an older version and it was not Bluetooth. They sent me a Bluetooth remote anyway! I called a couple of weeks after said they would send me a return label which I never got. Then I called again the following month said they would send me a label which I didnt get again! Called again in January, Said they showed the original return authorization in November it because its been so long I cant return it! Terrible company do not order here!
