Hi, I am the owner of www.ThePraiseFactory.com. I just stumbled on these comments today and even though they are over 6 years old I thought I'd comment. I bought the Praise Factory website in August of 2005. We had no idea of a history of bad public relations when we purchased the company. In the first weeks after purchasing the company we did receive several complaints from customers who had similarly been deceived. Out of our pocket we did our best to rectify those who had what we could find to be legitimate complaints. In any case we've been meeting our customers expectations to the best of our ability for the past two years. I apologize to those who may have not received their just dues from the previous ownership.
