I ordered dog food from Petco over six days ago and received a confirmation email which said my order would arrive within 3-5 days. It has never arrived. When I called to inquire today, the employee who took my call had me read the confirmation number to him twice. He told me the number was incorrect and was for a different product ordered in a previous year. I could only give him the # Petco had given me.
