I have phoned several times leaving my name and number also I have emailed several times also concerning a warranty replacement. I have placed a warranty request 3 months ago. I recieved one email response asking to forgive them for the delay in process of the product. After that one and only email I still have not received my product or had any reponses from from your company. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
