The company’s General manager of the Ruby Tuesday’s in Bay Minette her another associate manager are not rotating their food According to the way it should be done by policies. I was in the store working as a manager shift leader this week and this company has horribly screwed me over by allowing one of their GM’s to hire me and I have no right ups and have not been fired and I have called corporate and no one has called me back... on top of this they allow their managers to not train people properly and it is affecting families and lives. GM’s get paid a lot of money to sit in the office and do nothing. I am determined to put a stop to this and I am going to let the news hear about all of this and the health department too. know that the general manager of the Ruby Tuesday’s in Bay Minette a Alabama is Selling out of date food, she is taking the dates off and replacing it with new dates rather than throwing the food away or rotating food. The store is a mess an not organized and the lady that works there is crazy nuts this is also why the store has no sales old broken blinds and torn up chairs. it is a shame that the people willing to work hard in this world get thrown to the side because whoever is in charge of hiring these managers is allowing them to do things that is against policy, there are some people out there willing to work hard and do the right thing everyday. This company is allowing general managers to run the stores in the ground . I’ve been so confused over the last few months on what The company was actually going to do for me or if they were going to help me all I want is a job and to know that I have a schedule I have nothing at this point and have not even heard back from anybody. I will get another job im very smart/pretty and will work hard, but this company has done me exceptionally wrong and I’m going to make sure that the world hears about it And exactly what goes on behind the scenes. This lady running the store could cause a whole lot of people to get sick!!!!!!
