I filled out the online form believing it was only $1.00 to process. I never authorized any payment of $50.00, which is what I was charged. I tried to reach out to the company at least ten times by phone and email but was either unable to reach a real person or was put on hold indefinitely with no response. I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charge. During this time, the company changed their email address and phone number, which leads me to believe they are a scam.
