July, August Sept 2015 New world Auto took my car for diagnosis on July 1 promising it would cost 5, 000 ksh and no more. This was absolutely promised. I gave my cell number and e-mail address and agreed that if there was 1 ksh more, they must get my explicit permission. I was only to find out after trying to get the diagnostic and pick up my car that I owed an extra 11, 000 ksh as they had to change a pipe in order to do the diagnostic. Then once we agreed on the repairs to fix a few lights on the dash board, they did 90, 000 ksh in work on the suspension which I did not ask for. Still the dash board lights were not fixed! In order to get my car released I had to pay!!! Not only this but they drove my car over 60 km and used 3, 500 in fuel which they refuse to repay. They promised so many times to pick up the car, deliver it and fix it - I can't count any more. Do not take your car to this shop!
