they are a *** waste if fulfilling orders. they did not check the bag before they sent the order out. unfortunately, there are no drivers to deliver through them directly which is ok but these numbnuts should have rechecked and verified the order before it was sent out. really. as a business, you should ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure the order is filled correctly before packing it up and sending it out. what a bunch of looser. now i have wasted money in fees for nothing. thanks idiots! i'll make sure anyone and everyone i know how incapable you are.
