Update by user Jan 30, 2020 see below first, finally showed up 1.5 hours later, still waiting for the refund Original review posted by user Dec 31, 2019 placed an order early am on 12/31 paid extra for expedited delivery which is supposed to "guarantee" delivery no later than 1pm...……………..arrived home, no flowers, called customer service and after ten minutes they said the driver was not answering their phone, told them to keep me posted and that I was expecting a refund of the "expedite" charge...here we are and hour and a half later, no flowers, no call, will be calling my c/c company for a cancellation of charges. www.sunnyflowerdelivery.com 1-87*-874-****
