very disappointed with Dropox. They renewed my subscription even after I canceled. and without my permission they charged the amount on my card the higher than the advertisement says. After I realized the wrong charge I tried to cancel my subscription immediately and they don't have the option of immediate cancellation on the website, they only allow to schedule the cancellation for next year and for sure they will charge again without my authorization. How does a service not allow immediate cancellation by the website or the customer service chat? User's recommendation: do not subscribe to the dropbox because afterwards you cannot cancel when you want.
