Hey My name is Quanda Owens I have been a resident since 2014 with Invitation homes, Invitation homes have not did any home improvement yet they go up on the rent every year, When someone come out to repair or service something at the rental house you are charged a fee and it's attach to your rent no discussing your issue pay or leave the property. Question do I still have to the 3rd to pay my rent or has that change 2020, also I left you a message as you already know I was charge a service fee for someone coming out to repair my garbage disposal that have not been service since 2014 I did not get heads up on the billing it was just attached to my rent I guess invitation homes treat there staff like they treat there tenets because every year it’s a new property manager that you can never make contact with.
