I have three grandchildren whose birthday party is this weekend. I went through the online store and purposely selected items that said, “In Stock”. I purchased the items over a week ago, allowing ample time for their arrival. Now I find out that-the main gift was NOT IN STOCK!!! So now I’m going to have to spend another $150 to get presents that will be here this weekend! I spoke to a Supervisor and was simply told, “I’m sorry”. Well, I’m sorry as the name of this review board states..I’m pissed! I have 5 grandkids (under the age of 6) and have enjoyed the items I have previously purchased from Hearth Song. But they just lost my business. I will never rely on them again! Fat Brain Toys have essentially the same items. So Fat Brain here I come! I’m leaving the lack of Brain behind!
