I purchased this night owl system and the cameras keep going black and your camera will show that is on but its not recording. Vehicles will drive by and nit be recorded. Technical support is a joke. They put you on mute and ask questions to coworkers instead of letting you speak to that person. They provide you incorrect information and will not let you speak to a supervisor. The minimum hold time to speak to someone is 45 mins. I do not recommend this company or their products.
