customer service nonexistent. never got a confirmation email even thought they took the money out of my card. nobody answers my dozens of calls and emails. waited for live chat for over an hour. was excited about this purchase because its a gift for a friend and i own several herschel bags but this is unacceptable. ive seen multiple reviews on faulty products, i dont want one. i want a full return so ANSWER ME.
