I purchased & paid $120 for a DieHard Battery from Sears on 5/31/2019. Within 7 months it was faulty & will not hold a charge. Wty. was 3 Year Full Replacement. I contacted Sears Auto & We are not within 200 miles of a store. They informed me to get a local replacement & They would reimburse me up to the purchase price of $120. Once Purchased, They said the amount would be reimbursed with Shop Your Way Reward Points Only. That defeats the purpose, Why would I want to order anything from them with not being anywhere locally. I did not pay with Shop Your Way Rewards & Should not have to settle for this kind of a joke reimbursement. So, Do Not Buy a DieHard unless you want this kind of disrespectful treatment !!!
