Once again I did not get my Sunday paper. I called customer service and was told because it was after noon (12:03), it was past re-delivery and they would only credit my account. I called before noon but the automated system took that long to work through to a live person. Unbelievable. I have had nothing but increasing frustration with the GR Press delivery and customer service over the last 3 years. This is my final straw. To save myself the pain, I will get the paper from the store or gas station. Then it will be dry too. Perhaps this is what they really want all of us to do so they don't have to have home delivery? If so, say so.
