I ordered a coat Dec. 5, 2019. The next day I received the tracking #. May I remind everyone that they promote 2 day shipping on their website. It is now the 26th of Dec and I still haven’t received the coat. I’ve called several times and spoke to a supervisor who promised to call me back with information and to also email me. I’m still waiting. I’ve also chatted online with them about 7 times. I was told at one point that they were out of stock and they had to get a shipment from Canada. Today I chatted again online and they told me they would contact the warehouse and they apologized. That is all they do, apologize but give no answers. Oh and by the way, they do not cancel orders so at this point I’m stuck waiting. I don’t know what else to do. i even asked to cancel and reorder, perhaps there is something wrong with my order number. This is so frustrating. This was a gift for my daughter for Xmas. The worst part of it is that they will not get back to me to tell me anything. Almost $1000 coat and they can’t get back to me. Really??
