PinkyParadise.com sent me a soon-to-expire contact lens with a red scribble on the top of the vial! I asked for a refund for a contact lens sent to me that would expire in a few months. I even sent pictures of the vials they sent me. I emailed back and forth with them several times and not once did they offer anything to make the situation right. They told me I could pay to ship the item back to them. I had ordered two pair of contacts and planned to use one pair once I lost a lens, dropped it somewhere gross, etc. However I couldn't count on that plan due to the soon-to-expire lens Pink Paradise sent me. Here's the last message I sent to the company. I will never order from this company again and would advice any who are considering it, to not do it. Try another company first. Let PinkyParadise.com be your last resort and even then, order at your own risk. Please refund or exchange, at no cost to me, the contact lens that I received. I paid for express shipping with U.P.S., expecting to receive a quality product and good customer service, without the issues I am experiencing. I ordered two pair of lenses and one of the contact lens vials expires in April 2020. The matching lens doesn't expire until December 2021. The top of the vial that expires in April 2020 has a red scribble on it. As a matter of fact, PinkyParadise.com, refutes the untrue statement that was made in the November 1st email. See the screenshot below. As stated on PinkyParadise.com: "At the side of the bottle mentioned the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the solution in the bottle. Lens expired one year after they were taken out otherwise mentioned. However, if the lenses are found in the bottle exceeding the solution expiry date, they are counted as expired." This means I can't even wear the lens for one full year from my purchase date because I was sent a lens that will expire in 5 months. Also, they will expire 5 months from now, even if they remain unopened and sealed. This situation is not my fault. Please refund or exchange the lens that expires in 5 months. It is not fair that I was sold two lenses that don't expire at the same time, especially since one of them won't be safe to wear 5 months from now. I paid for my order, paid for express U.P.S. shipping, was excited to receive my order, and looked forward to being a loyal customer. Now, I'm hoping your company will make this right and refund the money I spent on the pair of contacts or exchange the lens that will expire in 5 months. It is not my fault that Pinky Paradise sent me an old contact that will expire in 5 months.
