I have placed an order on 26.10.2019 and paid on that date. On their website it says the delivery takes 3 to 25 business days. I have asked them to deliver it to Israel because I was planning to be there on the estimated delivery dates. During the period I was there I checked several times but null. I am already back to my hometown. I have asked a friend of my to get it to me when he comes to Istanbul from Israel. Guess what he is in Istanbul today and missed that chance too. Today is the 10 th of December and still haven't received anything. I have contacted the support department for several times and each time they say check again in 5 days. On their last e-mail they asked me to check with Israeli post which I did a couple of days ago and today again and again but the system couldn't even find my tracking number. This is unacceptable. Never again from this website.
