I place an order to be delivered between Dec 12-16. There were four items that were Christmas gifts. On or around the 23rd I called customer service and was told that the delivery would be received on the 24th and that the text "to be delivered between Dec 12-16" is just an estimate, that they don't stand by it. On December 26th I called back again since I had still not received the items and so did not have four gifts for my loved ones for Christmas. The woman told me that you were "opening a ticket" and that I would receive an email from another department that would look into it by that night or the following day. And she offered to send me a $20 card to be used on the Mark and Graham site on future purchases. I declined. Mark and Graham have done enough damage, will never buy from there again. Anyway, I still have not received an email or follow up on the issue. I, of course, have been billed in full. I am extremely frustrated and will make sure that my voice is heard via social media so no one else is treated in this manner from this poorly run company.
