Do not like the way to try to get through to customer service

Nicor Gas has the lousiest way of communication for customers. The phone number as given will not allow the contact of a human being customer service rep. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment for the inside meter reading that Nicor requested by letter several months ago. No contact; no appointment! Guess the request wasnt important after all. My Billings have estimated for months! for estimated User's recommendation: Give up.
