Do not go there!!!

My last visit was in the Chicago location! The manager fail to organize and controls his stuff. He was an able to take care about my complains and understand the problems that I experience in the restaurant. I hope you can change or fair him! At the counter after 40 min wait ,the lady told me to follow a black guy who will show me the table. He was very mad and told me that in my previous visit I didn't pay my bill. Yelling on me he ask "Why you didn't pay?" Seens that wasn't true I asked him to show me the bill and the food I didn't pay. He just replay "I don't know, that what the management told me". When I ask to see the manger he told me that the manager is very busy right now. Then he offer me a table that wasn't clean and the seat was all with bread and mayo. The same black guy ask another person with wet rag to come and clean. After that both the table and the seat was very wet and nasty and I asked for another table. When the waitress pick up my order keep me wait 1 hour until the food come and refuse to bring my drinks before the food come. After she serve the food didn't come any more so I was an able to get any soda refills. At some point I went to the restroom and the same black guy come to knock on my door and yell again "Anybody there?"," What you doing there"," Come out to pay your bill. " When I was done ,asked him why he come to disturb me in the restroom he said :"The manager told me that you must pay your bill". I let him know that I didn't finish my lunch. When I come back to my table everything was removed, my bag and my coat was on the floor and other customers was let siting there. Finally I meet with the manager and did complain, but he didn't find anything wrong in his restaurant service and didn't explain the attitude of his employs. Also he enforce me to pay half of the bill seens I was an able to finish my lunch. On the end the waitress come with receipt of $62,37 I payed cash with $100 bill and the waitress told me "No change, right? Thank you. Have a nice day".I asked for change. After I get to the stairs ,the waitress run after me and ask "Sir where is my tip, you forgot to leave me a tip!" I hope you close this location or at least fair the manager!!!
