I ordered from them at the end of Nov 2019 and paid for express shipping (8-15 business days) that would ensure a Christmas item would arrive no later than Dec 24 2019. As of Jan 17 2020 the item has not yet arrived. I have emailed them over 20 times and they will not refund my money or send any other response other than poor English "wait few more days"
