I paid to book a Hawaii trip, and then called by a "manager" and was told I would have to go to Vegas instead and was never given a use by date. Then received an email stating I have 24 hours to book my Vegas trip. When I called to book it, I was told that I have to pay $80 more since I can't go to Vegas this month, and then I would get an extra 6 months to go and also a Carnival Cruise. I asked for my money back since this is not the Hawaii trip at all that I paid for and was told no.
