When I called them after booking on line they advised me that it could take up to 5 hours to confirm my reservations and that it was possible that I would have to pay more money. I contacted them after five hours and advised them that I would no longer need their services. Twelve hours later I received a text message that they had charged my credit card. I called them the next day and they put me on hold for 45 minutes and were extremely rude. NEVER DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
