This company does not have a clue on how to read their own statements. Monies not applied correctly. I had house insurance with an outside company that was renewed every year through Ditech with a payment scheduled and escrow schedule throughout the year. Ditech did not do that for 2019 instead I paid insurance monthly and had their name listed as the mortgage co. Letters sent, emails sent. They slapped insurance on it and still made me pay for their mistake. The excuse that i got was "it was our fault but someone has to pay for it" worst experience ever. I paid off my mortgage in NOV. and yet to receive my clear title to my home.
