total nightmare! Customer service representatives are rude! Not helpful at all! I have been processing my gap insurance with them and though I have submitted my documents, they would say that the documents are not yet uploaded in the system because it will only uploaded by the computer! Unbelievable! They cant even tell me if They have all the necessary documents because they said they have no access to them even after a week of submitting it. I requested for a supervisor and they said all supervisors are not in and that theyre will be one if I call tomorrow! So rude. Her name was Courtney. She shows on her tone that she is not willing to help me at all! I have been a customer service for 10 years and maam I am telling you, you should learn at least to fake ur tone when speaking to a customer. If I can submit a zero I will just because of her.
