I ordered a personalized moonlamp on December 1st, I have never received an order confirmation, nor reaction on my emails, leave alone my order. So I claimed a refund via PayPal. Only then Thegiftnecklace reacted on my complaints: they were busy, I had to be patient etc., my order was ready and sent to me and a track and trace number would follow by mail. I never received that t&t number. Now it is January 4th and I still have not received anything. PayPal expects to resolve this issue by January 8th. After having read all the bad reviews/experiences with Thegiftnecklace I am astonished that PayPal still wants to do business with them.
