Did not really notice until March credit card bill but I was charged $9+ for Jan , Fry, March. Thought January could have been a late charge for th 2 I ordered as gifts. When I called they said I had not read the terms and conditions. (Who does). They stopped the charges but would not refund. Now Iowa is getting full refunds, WHY NOT Illinois. I want my refund!!
