I bought a 2016 Ford F150 in august of 2019 along with the vehicle I purchase power train # star vehicle service contract from Warranty solutions. In Jan 2020 I had a mechanical failure of the rear end. Have vehicle taken to Ford dealership , they discover that there was indeed a problem and the rear end need to be replaced . Warranty solution sent out an claim examiner and after he examined vehicle . He then denied claim because one of the captive bolts that hole the main bearing in the pinion gear of the rear end was broken off and he determined that to be the failure hence refer to exclusion 6 of vehicle contract where its say that no bolts are cover. Thus leaving me high and dry with almost $ 6, 000.00 repair bill and no vehicle. As well the failure happen and I was no where close to home over 100 miles away and I had to get rental car and hotel and nothing is reimbursable. This is why I bought the warranty. I will never but anything from them again Took them to better business bureau and filed a complaint they where no help so I am using this forum to tell everyone to stray away from them They are useless
