I went to purchase an Item from the supposed company "MuleFactory" for a game called Diablo 2, they sell a variety of items for other games as well. I went to purchase something called a TOP UBER SMITER PLALADIN. see link https://www.mulefactory.com/buy_diablo2_top_uber_smiter_paladin/ I was under the impression I was getting the Items and the full character with its build done as a smiter. "Makes sense" especially when their other items will say"Gear Pack" and etc see example link https://www.mulefactory.com/buy_diablo2_basic_hammer_paladin_equipment/ After speaking with their Live Support which the people i spoke with were very rude and kept telling me that its not in the description, I accepted and moved on because they had already fullfilled my order. They had the audacity to lock my purchased accounts and ban me from the site. They have now added a discloser that says "The pack does not contain the character, only the items." After this whole issue. I would tell everyone who visits this site to STAY AWAY!!!!
