5 trips (and counting) to the store and back dealing with multiple sales people and managers. I have a wedding band that is cracked but they cannot fix it. They cannot replace it, they can only make a new one. I would have been fine with this outcome if it only took 1 trip to the store to explain. Each trip is 1 hour out of my day and not one time did they offer any kind of compensation, upgrade, or an even "my apologies" for your inconvenience. Very disappointing in the customer service after spending this amount of money. Great place to get a ring if you don't plan on being married for the rest of your life! -He won't be going to Jared's ever again!
