Hi Public please do not interview or accept RSH Malaysia. This company is messy. The Department head not profesional. The whole organisation do not have dieection. Somehow they are restructure the whole company. They are cutting staff. Some of the staff already facing retrengement. Those who come in last will be retrenge first to go. This company provide no allowence to the staff if you work for additional job example warehouse sale they want you to help but no over time or allowence provide. And no water provide, during festival season they compulsary you to become promoter at shop to surf customer standing 10 hours only get unoffical leave for one day thats all. This company turn over very high. If you not belief you can survey ask about this company. RSH Malaysia is the worst company I have never seen before.
