Hi, I've been trying for 2months to regain control of my company's Twitter account. Your system wont let me verify who I am as the account holder, so as I'm not in control of my copyrighted material I filed a DMCA takedown notice in Mid July (Case# 021800****). You've neither addressed the breach of copyright or addressed my locked out account in the month which has passed. I'm sure you are aware of the next steps regarding the ignoring of a DMCA takedown notice.
