distroying my brand new bag and blouse

OMG, I hate these guys. Someone should stop them from ripping off the customers and their terrible customer service. I purchased 2 products at the same time and under the same order. First off, they did not send me any emails that they shipped the products. I kept following up where is my products and they were saying it will be within 30 to 45 days so be patient. After about 40 days I received one of my product. I emailed them I have been waiting for 40 days, where is my other product? They said sorry it's out of stock. I said WTF? Why you did not let me know in the last 40 days that it's out of stock? When I purchased the product it was showing it is in stock. The second and major problem was the jacket that delivered after 40 days. It passed colour to my expensive brand new bag and blouse after only one time putting this on . I tried leather cleaners, spoke with laundry and did everything but the colour did not remove. I emailed them a few times about this issue but they never replied me. I also attached the photos of my bag and blouse. I called to their company and asked why they are not replying to my email? A Chinese guy was on the phone and he apparently could not understand English. They still haven't replied to me . So I would like to lodge an appeal against them.(I could only attach one photo. I wish I could attach more photos)
