My van had broke down in the Niles Ohio drive through 10 min before closing. I called several towing companies and was told they were short-handed due to the holiday and couldn't tow it till 8 am. ALL managers and employees were very nice. The district manager, Amanda, however was NOT. She was raising her voice saying it didn't make any sense, tow trucks are available 24/7 and if it wasn't out of there that night she would have security tow it at my expense. They open at 10am and a tow truck could have been there by 8am. Luckily I found a tow truck and had it towed. I will not eat there again. She was not professional at all.
