All this distributer have big problem in submission of licenses on time, sometime we get licenses but work some period and get black listed. While we pay in advance. Recently we have an government license (For tanzania post corporation) issue which purchase from it chase africa have been doing the same for now 3 months and still they don't even bother to give reason, answer mail or call. And we damage our relation with our client and make bad reputation for kaspersky. We need your assistance to resolve this urgently and to direct to other direct distribution or we will now divert all our clients to other anti virus supplier.
