Ordered a Tampa Bay football jersey in December 2020. It arrived the beginning of February 2021. The jersey was not the same as pictured when I placed the order. I called and wrote an email describing the issue. No response to my problem. In addition, I do not want a refund, just what I ordered. User's recommendation: Usually no issues on receiving correct products, so never had to call customer service. While the representatives are helpful, the process is not user friendly.
