I ordered a Christmas pointsetta for my family in December. I paid almost $100 for this and it arrived late and dead and small. It was about 6 inches tall a very small pointsetta and completely limp and dead. Then when I called to complain they offered me a refund to my credit card which I have been waiting for now for 4 months. When I called customer services every time they assured me that the refund was on it's way. I feel like I am getting nowhere. User's recommendation: Would strongly NOT recomend this company.
