Dissatisfied with company’s response over new web site design

I have spoken with customer services about eh dysfunctional new website design; they agree and committed that the legacy design would be reintroduced due to massive customer complaints. To date, no reintroduction of legacy design, and the new site continues to be buggy and inefficient! Either the staff lied or the company chose to simply force the new design onto the dissatisfied customers! Very poor business decision indeed! User's recommendation: Change beck to the legacy site. It worked much better!
