Update by user Mar 04, 2021 I heard from customer support on Feb. 4th that they were going to correct my problem. As of today, March 4th, I'm still waiting to receive the correct replacements to resolve the issue. Update by user Feb 03, 2021 Phone number provided by company is automated and cannot connect to a representative. Tried chat on their website ended with them requesting me to send photos to customer support. Waiting to here back from customer support. Original review posted by user Feb 02, 2021 Did not receive product as ordered, quality is mediocre, not worth price, company is not US based as indicated on website (Austria) product is made in and shipped from China, no way to talk to either shipping company or Doggykingdom, customer support is non-existent User's recommendation: Do Not Buy From This Company.
