The PacSun store at the North Shore mall in Peabody Massachusetts has on 2 occasions randomly closed for lunch for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 1:45 pm to 3:00pm. I dont understand this. Before I travel to the mall as its a 20 minute ride away I check the website to make sure its open given these uncertain times. I had to return an item for my daughter so it was the only reason I drove to the mall only to be turned away. Im a medical professional. I often dont get lunch. I can understand maybe they were short staffed but an hour and fifteen minutes? I dont understand this business model. I dont want to support this store. Im frustrated. User's recommendation: This particular location is poorly run.
