We bought a timeshare with Ocean Canyon Properties in 2017. We no longer wish to own this but we cannot get ANYONE at this company to answer our questions. We have tried countless ways to communicate with them and they simply ignore us. Stay away from this company!! The only correspondence we receive is a bill. No one returns calls, answers emails, or letters. Maybe by chance, someone who works at Ocean Canyon Properties will see this and contact us.
