Was shopping at Walmart on 8/16/21. There were only 2 cashiers, and the lines were long. Walmart is pushing self-checkout to get rid of cashiers, and having the people self-checkout and bag own supplies. So you are getting rid of employees and making the .customers do the work for you, that the cashiers use to ...do. User's recommendation: Go back to having more cashiers, and less self check-out.
