Update by user Sep 16, 2020 Have spoken to not only dealership, but VW customer service . Tried online chat..one lady was beyond lovely to deal with, sadly I didn't get her name and after 47 minutes we got disconnected when she tried to transfer me. Original review posted by user Sep 16, 2020 My vehicle was recalled for a fuel tank. After 5 weeks of having car at dealership for the recall that was suppose to be covered, I received a bill for $450!? Apparently the new improved tank will not accommodate the original fuel pump(located in tank)! After hours of trying to get help, no luck! I will Never use VW or purchase another product from them! Worst customer service experience I have ever had! Period! User's recommendation: Anything but VW!
