Dissatisfaction with service – East Tx needs to open up the field to reputable companies

I was told that I would receive $200 credit up front, $250 gift card after 3 months and my bill will be $121. per month. This is not what has happened. My gift card is only $200. and my bill went from $121 to $136. I called and agent Kane stated supervisor Aangy would review, then Kane would call me back today - 1 week later. Kane didn't call, I called & Amy said she has no idea who either of those people are. Even though I have a confirmation number. She said she would send for review and someone will call me. I have a feeling I will not hear back fro m anyone. User's recommendation: Get your streaming going !!!
