Dissapointment

We are elite cruisers, having cruised with Princess many times, but our last cruise HTGC2D was a terrible experience with disembarkation. We went to the Promenade deck and were jammed in like sardines waiting an hour or more to disembark with a lot of upset cruisers who said that they would never cruise with Princess again. I did send Princess an email telling them of our experience and never received a reply. We cruised with our daughter and her family, it was their first cruise, we told them how good the food was going to be and that was another disappointment, I have to say other people that we had met on the cruise said they were disappointed in the food as well. The salmon was dry our steaks were not good, the Fetticine Alfredo which is always one of my favorites was not good. I don't know what happened but the cruise was a big disappointment.
